SHIPPING

We use USPS and Fedex as our preferred shipping couriers.

US ORDERS - Please allow up to 48 hours from the time you place your order, for order processing before your package ships. Depending on the shipping you choose, you will normally receive you order within 7 days after your cleared payment.

If your order was placed from Friday - Sun, or on a holiday, please do not include this in the transit time.

OUTSIDE THE US/INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - We use the US Postal Service as the shipping courier. You will normally receive your order within 10-14 days. Customs may delay the arrival of the order.

TRACKING

If paying through Google Checkout/Paypal, tracking will be available through your Google Checkout/Paypal account. If for some reason you are not able to find your tracking number, please contact us.

If money order, tracking will be sent via email.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURN & EXCHANGES ARE ACCEPTED ONLY IF ITEM IS IN THE SAME STATE IT WAS WHEN ORIGINALLY SHIPPED BY US(UNWORN, TAGS MUST STILL ATTACHED).

SOME ITEMS ARE MARKED AS NON RETURNABLE/NON-EXCHANGEABLE. THIS IS SPECIFIED ON THE ITEM PAGE at the TIME OF PURCHASE and also noted on the sales receipt

Returns are accepted within 30 days of original purchase date.

When returning merchandise please include a copy of your packing slip. If more than 1 item is listed please mark the returning item(s) and explain why you are returning the merchandise.
