Q1. Are the items you sell authentic?

A1. Yes. Dyyhardsvault.com does not participate in/nor condone the distribution of counterfeit/fake/variant goods.

A) We DO NOT obtain our goods from overseas wholesalers. We state this outright because this is a concern to buyers especially with internet sales.

B) We take various watermarked/tagged photos of the product so that you may see the product up close, but also because we want to assure you of its authenticity.

Q2. Why did you decide to open up business?

A2. We enjoy providing goods which meet the need of specific customers all over the world. Also with the rising costs of selling an item through an auction site, it was a simple decision. You buy, we ship straight to your door, and we hope you are happy - bottom line.

Q3. Do you sell on Ebay?

A3. We sell a limited number of items there from time to time. Please search for Ebay ID - dyyvault. You'll find our auctions there.

Q4. Why do some of the shoes we sell come without the box?

A4. We carry a variety of shoes. Most of our stock is DS (deadstock-unworn/new) with original box. However, some of the shoes that we carry do not include the original box. We can assure you that they are new and unworn. If the shoes do not come with a box, we will state that in the product description.

Q5. When will I receive my order?

A5. US orders - Depending on the shipping you choose, you will normally receive you order within 7 days after your cleared payment.

If your order was placed from Friday - Sun, or on a holiday, please do not include this in the transit time.

Outside the US/International orders - You will normally receive your order within 10-14 days. Customs may delay the arrival of the order.
